Thank you so much for the CD. Its terrific!Robert Gladstone, Late Principal Bassist, Detroit Symphony Orchestra
A punchy and polished contemporary jazz band. Rich Ks leadership is obvious from the mix the bass is front and center throughout. This not only showcases his fine work but also gives the date much of its contemporary feel, especially with Rob Emanuel kicking along in step. Besides coloring the proceedings with multiple synth-isms, pianist Lundquist also plays solid jazz piano in the Hancock-Corea vein. Together the trio locks into a number of grooves with an urbane flair.David Dupont, Cadence, 2/98
